Personality:

There are many people in life which have to pay a price-- maybe they pay for sins they made in their lives or they pay for somebody else's sins.

Vera Lee, born in Russia has lived most of her life in there before moving to America with her brother for business. Their few months travel ended up to be moving in and to be honest, Vera didn't mind one bit! She found the doors to her future career opening wide for her over there as a fashion designer and immediately she started raising up with her fashion career.
However, life for her may seem perfect in some other's point of views, but she... Vera had to suffer for somebody else and at the end she lost many dreams she had almost come true. She, however, never broke her smile for that. She believed she can always catch up.... but who knows?

Ah well! 

Vera Lee has always watched from afar and usually never did a thing, her big brother Jack was bigger than her by 10 years at least, he was older, doesn't that mean he would be wiser, right?
Well that what she tried to convince herself at first, Jack knew what he was doing and she should not do anything about that, never interfere and never.... help?

Well Vera broke out of her confusion when Jack got divorced for the second time. She realized that the male may be great at his job but he is horrible at keeping his life clean and not messy. Vera started her job as the real head of the family later when she turned 26 and decided that it is her job to be responsible for the whole household and any woman Jack decides to bring in and calls 'his wife'. She needs to help her brother out! And then finally when she did step a foot in to help her brother, they started to get closer and Vera finally understood him... she gave him advices and usually helped him out of problems like the little child stuck in a big man's body Jack is... however, she could not control him or his actions. Who could anyway? Jack has always done what is on his mind and never thought of anybody else.

Vera befriended most of the women Jack decided to go 'official' with and every time she makes a friend with them Jack ends up leaving them. Vera grew tired of that until Helene stepped into the family, Vera was surprised how well Jack was dealing with her and how long they have lasted, she realized that this woman was able to do the impossible and make her brother fall in love. Vera finally was able to catch her breath and relax, her family is finally settling down, she thought.

Later on though when Jack and Helen had Keon it was Vera's turn to fall in love.... Vera loved Keon so much ever since he was born, she treated him like one of her own kids and became a huge part of Keon's childhood... especially when his parent's marriage started to fall apart. Vera was always the one to take Keon away when Helene and Jack were fighting, decided to read Keon to sleep when nobody does and hug him when he needed love and affection but his mother was not around to give him that. Vera was shocked and rather heartbroken to see that burning red passion between Helene and Jack turning into hate. She was mostly sad to see how each of them argued on how and what way is the 'best' to raise Keon when they were not realizing they were hurting Keon...

Vera knew maybe they didn't notice because Jack was too selfish and angry and Helene was too broken and sad... Vera yet again had to take the responsibility of this Lee kid. For once she stepped out of Jack's business and was not there to help him, instead she focused on Keon... and lost most of her years just to raise him right... even though she knew she can never be a mother nor a father to little Keon but she never wanted him to live without love at such a young age. Vera was very heartbroken to see that no matter what she did, Keon's parents still affected him, badly.

Well that was the past anyway! Keon may have grown into a very cold and closed in man, but Vera knows he trusts her and even loves her. She still gotta protect her family! She already lost many years to this kid, she refused many relationships for him and her career was stopped for quite a while just so she could see him happy. Her son. At least the person she wishes was her real son...

Ah, I wonder, if Vera is really that good hearted. Or just plain stupid. Maybe both.

Whatever so, Vera now 30 years old decided to continue her career as a fashion designer, though she still looks after her mess of a family, hoping she could always fix what is broken. The poor thing has always taken way larger than what she can handle.

But she always goes on. She can't stop anyway, life continues, it never stops.

Facts:

- Vera never knew that Jack forced Nadean onto Keon. Jack probably knew that she would have refused with all her might if she knew. Instead Vera was made believe that Keon and Nadean loved each other but when she started to see the way Keon treats Nadean she was terrified that he will turn out to be like his dad.

- Though relived Keon is now a free and happy man away from the woman he apparently does not love she absolutely does NOT support his new relationship, if anything she is worried sick over Keon.

- Vera's career is going by slow... it's like if she is not even working at all.

- Vera spends most of her times in the attic there where she sat up a small studio to create her fashion designs.

- Vera always smacks Jack around when he refuses to listen, she says he deserves it! But of course, she never injured him...

- Although Vera is happy Koen is a happier man away from Nadean, she and her are still friends. After all the both share the same interest in fashion and always help each other out!
